Peppermint Bark

I love the chocolate and mint flavour combination. I love most chocolate and "insert any flavour here" combos. For Christmas this year I made jars of Peppermint Bark for family members (ok, I ate a fair amount myself).


There's a crazy chocolate store near my work, so the bottom layer was Lindt dark chocolate, with some mint flavouring.


The top layer was Lindt white chocolate (good white chocolate is so much better than cheap white chocolate!).


And it was all topped off with crushed candy canes and a bit of milk chocolate garnish.


I still need to make another batch of this, as my sister didn't get any and I could use some more myself!
